We built the company we couldn't find.

A professional property care company built on trust, reliability and clear standards.

The front door of a West Valley home

Where it started

When we left town, we struggled to find someone we truly trusted to get into our home. Someone who could bring in packages and mail, take the trash cans out, or just water our favorite plants.

We also cared about how our home was treated inside. We wanted to come back to a home that felt untouched, not one that reminded us strangers had been there. And sometimes we simply needed help, because nothing is more stressful than scrambling right before a trip or right after you get home.

Those experiences became the foundation of West Valley Property Services.

What we saw others get wrong

Most options we found offered a quick look, not a full walk-through for problems and real care for the property.

Even well-meaning people can share information without realizing the risk. Once someone knows a property is empty, that information can travel further than intended.

  • Rotating people we didn't know
  • Unclear control over who had keys
  • Casual conversations about when our home was empty
  • No way to know who had been inside

Our standards

From the beginning, we set clear standards for how we operate. Doing things correctly, consistently and responsibly.

  • Controlled access to every property
  • Strict privacy and professionalism
  • The same visit procedure every time
  • Clear documentation and communication
  • Respect for every property as if it were our own

Where we work
